Key Responsibilities
- check_circleMentor and train teammates on the Star Service model and selling skills
- check_circleProactively educate self and teammates on product knowledge and merchandise campaigns
- check_circleMaintain a neat, clean, and organized sales floor, cash wrap, and fitting room
- check_circleMotivate and hold teammates accountable to performance expectations and KPIs
- check_circleAssist Store Manager in recruiting by conducting prescreen interviews and providing feedback
- check_circleCoach and train teammates and keyholders through role-playing and personal development
- check_circleLead and promote Dallas Cowboys United Membership packs to all fans
- check_circleCommunicate performance feedback to Store Manager to drive business targets
- check_circlePerform all day-to-day responsibilities in the absence of the Store Manager
- check_circleProtect assets through proactive customer engagement and accurate cash handling
- check_circleAdvise customers and upsell products to maximize sales and revenue
- check_circleSupport Store Manager in creating impactful visual presentations reflecting company standards
Requirements
