The Store Consultant is the face of our retail location, dedicated to delivering a positive and consultative customer experience. In this customer service-focused role, you will leverage your knowledge of our diverse business areas—including printing, signs & graphics, and shipping—to anticipate needs, suggest alternatives, and provide tailored solutions. You will act as a trusted advisor, guiding customers through complex orders and recommending the most appropriate FedEx Office products and services to meet their goals.
Your day-to-day involves a dynamic blend of operational and interpersonal tasks. You will manage the production queue, operate a wide variety of printing and shipping equipment, and handle the physical logistics of moving materials and stock. Beyond the technical aspects, you will ensure the store remains a safe, clean, and orderly environment while maintaining the confidentiality of customer data and handling financial transactions with precision.
