As a Store Consultant, you are the face of FedEx Office, dedicated to delivering a positive and consultative customer experience. This role goes beyond simple transactions; you will anticipate customer needs, suggest tailored alternatives, and provide comprehensive solutions across our print, signs & graphics, and shipping business lines. You will serve as a knowledgeable partner to our customers, guiding them through complex orders and ensuring their projects are completed to perfection.
In this position, you will operate a wide variety of equipment, manage the production queue, and handle complex projects from start to finish. Your day will involve coordinating store activities, maintaining retail supplies, and ensuring the store remains a safe, clean, and orderly environment. Whether you are assembling parcels for shipping, operating binding equipment, or resolving customer inquiries, your goal is to provide an outstanding service experience that builds trust and loyalty.
