The District Sales Manager is a seasonal leadership position dedicated to overseeing the end-to-end operation of an average of three Spirit Halloween stores. Starting in July and concluding in November, this role is critical for driving sales, managing payroll, and ensuring a seamless customer experience during the peak holiday season.
You will be responsible for the full lifecycle of the store, from the initial construction and opening to the final closing and tear-down. Your day-to-day involves recruiting and training staff, managing employee relations, controlling expenses, and minimizing shrink. This position demands high energy and physical agility, requiring you to stand, walk, and climb ladders for over eight hours while setting up fixtures and lifting items up to 50 pounds.
This role offers a weekly rate ranging from $1,050 to $1,075, dependent on qualifications and experience. Eligible candidates may also participate in the Repeat DSM Bonus Program and the DSM Seasonal Incentive Program, subject to specific qualifications.
Applicants must be at least 21 years old and possess a flexible schedule. We are looking for individuals with 2 to 5 years of experience in a multi-store supervisory position.
