About the Role

This Part-time Store Associate position is essential to the success of our retail stores, located at Store #702264 in Savannah, GA. You will work closely with wholesale and retail customers to determine their needs, answer questions about our products, and recommend the right solutions.

In this role, you are expected to promptly resolve customer concerns to ensure maximum client satisfaction while staying up-to-date with product features. You will maintain the high quality and visual standards of the products and store, achieving excellent customer service while consistently meeting the store's sales goals. Your work involves building productive trust relationships with customers and ensuring the store remains in-stock and presentable.

Hiring Process
