The District Sales Manager is a seasonal leadership position dedicated to overseeing the end-to-end lifecycle of Spirit Halloween stores. Starting in July and concluding in November, this role is critical for ensuring operational excellence across an average of three locations.
You will manage all aspects of store operations, driving sales performance, controlling expenses, and managing shrink. Your responsibilities extend to the full construction, opening, operation, and closing (tear-down) of the assigned stores. This includes leading recruiting, training, and employee relations efforts to build high-performing teams.
The physical nature of the role requires active participation in the store environment, including standing and walking for extended periods, climbing ladders, setting up fixtures, and lifting or moving items up to 50 pounds.
This position offers a weekly rate ranging from $1,541.70 to $1,566.70, dependent on qualifications and experience. Eligible candidates may participate in the Repeat DSM Bonus Program and the DSM Seasonal Incentive Program, subject to specific qualification criteria.
Additionally, the role includes Washington Paid Sick Pay benefits.
Applicants must be at least 21 years old and possess a flexible schedule. Candidates are required to have 2 to 5 years of experience in a multi-store supervisory position.
