District Sales Manager

About the Role

The District Sales Manager is a seasonal leadership position dedicated to overseeing the end-to-end lifecycle of Spirit Halloween stores. Starting in July and concluding in November, this role is critical for managing the operational success of an average of three locations simultaneously.

You will serve as the primary leader for all aspects of store operations, driving sales performance, managing payroll, and leading recruiting, training, and employee relations efforts. Your responsibilities extend to the full physical lifecycle of the stores, including the construction and opening of new locations, daily operations, and the final closing and teardown processes. This role demands a hands-on approach, requiring you to manage expense control, minimize shrink, and ensure a safe, efficient environment for both staff and customers.

Physical Requirements

This position is highly active and requires the ability to stand and walk for in excess of eight hours daily. You must be capable of climbing ladders, setting up fixtures, and lifting or moving items weighing up to 50 pounds.

Compensation & Benefits

This role offers a weekly rate ranging from $1,050 to $1,075, dependent on qualifications and experience. Eligible candidates may participate in the Repeat DSM Bonus Program and the DSM Seasonal Incentive Program, subject to specific qualification criteria.

Applicants must be at least 21 years old and possess a flexible schedule to accommodate the seasonal nature of the work. Candidates should have 2 to 5 years of experience in a multi-store supervisory position.
