Assistant Store Manager

About the Role

The Assistant Store Manager at Spencer's (including Spirit Halloween) plays a pivotal role in establishing and maintaining exceptional Guest Services. Working closely with the Store Manager, this position supports the overall operation of the store to ensure maximum sales and profitability. The role focuses on developing staff, controlling expenses and shrinkage, and managing all aspects of merchandising and inventory control in strict adherence to company policies and procedures.

Physical Requirements

This position requires active participation in store operations. The role demands in excess of 8 hours of standing and walking daily, along with the ability to climb ladders and lift up to 50 pounds.
