About the Role

The Merchandising Supervisor is a pivotal leadership role based out of our Longview, TX facility. You will support customer stores in Longview, Kilgore, Marshall, Pittsburg, Mount Pleasant, and the greater surrounding areas. In this position, you will directly manage a team of 19 Merchandisers, ensuring they are recruited, selected, trained, and developed to excellence.

Your day-to-day involves overseeing point-of-sale and pricing activities, adhering to KDP merchandising standards, and inspecting the execution of initiatives. You will route merchandisers for sales and deliveries, ensure cost-effectiveness, and maintain high levels of customer service. Additionally, you will identify sales opportunities for Sales Representatives and provide coverage for vacation routes. This role requires working five consecutive days, including weekends as needed.
