About the Role
As a Proposal Coordinator, you will lead the development of responses to RFQs and RFPs, interview presentations, and award submissions. This entry-to-mid-level role serves as the primary point of contact for assigned business units, guiding them through marketing support needs. The position is designed for a detail-oriented, organized, and high-performing individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment. Success in this role requires the ability to multi-task effectively while remaining calm under multiple deadlines, combining excellent writing and design layout skills to craft compelling narratives.
Hiring Process
Candidates selected for this role will report directly to a Pursuits Manager. The interview process focuses on identifying individuals who demonstrate confidence in leading operations project teams and collaborating with executive leadership in both individual and group settings.

Requirements
- verifiedBachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Technical Writing, or Graphic Design, or equivalent work experience
- verified0–4 years of experience in marketing in a fast-paced corporate environment
- verifiedExcellent technical writing and copy-editing skills
- verifiedProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Nice to Have
Experience in the architecture/engineering/construction (A/E/C) field. High level of working knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud (specifically InDesign). Experience developing RFQ and RFP responses. Demonstrated strengths in teamwork, organization, multi-tasking, and project management. Working knowledge of CRM systems, especially Microsoft Dynamics.
