About the Role
The Senior Pursuits Associate serves as the strategic marketing point of contact for assigned business units, leading the development of responses to RFQs/RFPs, interview presentations, and award submissions. This role exists to drive efficiency and results by seeking process improvements and developing robust systems for the marketing department.
In this position, you will collaborate closely with business unit leaders, graphics and branding teams, and corporate resources to craft compelling narratives and visual materials. You will guide teams through the complexities of proposal strategy, lead interview presentation rehearsals, and ensure the presentation team is well-prepared. The role requires a proactive, high-performing individual who can work autonomously under multiple deadlines, resolving complex issues creatively while managing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
