About the Role

The Graphic Designer I is a key creative partner within the Marketing Department, responsible for maintaining the visual identity of State ECU across digital and print channels. This role goes beyond standard design execution; you will serve as a primary designer while providing secondary support for photography and video production. Your work ensures consistent, engaging, and on-brand visual storytelling across all platforms.

In this position, you will collaborate closely with the marketing team on campaign development and creative concepts. You will produce high-quality creative assets for advertisements, collateral materials, email campaigns, social media, and branch displays. Additionally, you will capture staged and candid photography of staff and members, and assist in editing short-form and long-form video content. By coordinating with the Digital Content Specialist and managing external vendors, you will help drive the visual narrative that defines State ECU's brand.
