About the Role
The Proposal Coordinator serves as the vital link between our business units and our pursuit strategy. In this entry to mid-level role, you will lead the development of responses to RFQs and RFPs, craft compelling interview presentations, and manage award submissions. You will act as the primary point of contact for assigned business units, guiding them through marketing support needs while ensuring our narrative remains consistent and impactful.
Success in this position requires a unique blend of creativity and composure. You will thrive in a fast-paced environment where the ability to multi-task and remain calm under multiple deadlines is essential. Your day will involve collaborating with project teams to refine presentation strategies, directing rehearsals, and ensuring the presentation team is fully prepared. You will also be responsible for developing and maintaining business unit-specific marketing content, including narratives and photography, for use across proposals, brochures, and digital channels.
Hiring Process
Candidates selected for this role will report directly to a Pursuits Manager. The interview process focuses on identifying individuals who demonstrate strong organizational skills, technical writing capabilities, and the confidence to lead operations project teams while collaborating with executive leadership.
