About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Proposal Coordinator to join our Orange Office team. This position is an integral part of a group of managers, engineers, and designers who represent the top talent in the industry. Reporting to the Principal, you will perform general proposal coordination and prepare work under the direct supervision of Project Managers and Principals for marketing and business pursuits.
In this role, you will support our marketing and business development activities by facilitating the preparation of marketing materials, proposals, and presentations. You will review solicitations (RFP, RFQ, RFI), advise Project Managers on submittal requirements, and outline response responsibilities. Your day-to-day involves preparing directives for subcontractors, writing non-technical text, and assisting in the development of technical content. You will also independently organize company qualification materials, ensure document security and quality, and edit marketing communications. Additionally, you will collaborate with the Marketing Coordinator and Business Development Administrator on social media strategy and represent the company at select A/E/C industry events and pre-proposal meetings.
