JLL has a great opportunity to join our growing Industrial Property Management team in Denver, CO. Our office is located in downtown Denver and will be supporting an institutional client portfolio.
As the Property Manager, you will provide leadership to your team and outstanding customer service to your clients while managing an industrial portfolio. You are responsible for all aspects of client and tenant satisfaction. As the lead professional, you will prepare budgets and financial reports, manage TI and/or capital improvement projects, and develop your staff. You will be an excellent communicator to both building owners and tenants to ensure an ongoing, successful relationship.
You will provide an experiential approach that guides a differentiated property management experience, resulting in better care and better business. You will support the exponential growth of our business by providing people integration and synergy, developing our people for bigger and better roles, and supporting ambitions beyond the workplace.
