As a Financial Manager, you will be an integral member of a high-caliber, collaborative team, acting as a vital liaison between Corporate Accounting and local Property Management teams.
You will empower your energy and expertise to meet client needs while gaining unsurpassed market knowledge and development opportunities. Day-to-day, you will support the Property Management team by monitoring asset financial performance, managing budgets, forecasting, and reporting. Depending on portfolio needs, you may also assume supervisory responsibilities, ensuring that unique transactions are resolved proactively and that all internal and external deadlines are met.
