Key Responsibilities
- check_circleCoordinate day-to-day building operations and property management activities
- check_circleManage accounts payable, accounts receivable, and General Ledger accuracy
- check_circlePrepare and adhere to operating and capital budgets and expense reconciliations
- check_circleCoordinate property-related contracts, repairs, and capital projects
- check_circleMaintain regular contact with vendors, tenants, and clients
- check_circleRespond to and resolve after-hours emergency calls as needed
- check_circleConduct routine property inspections to identify and resolve issues
- check_circleSupervise designated personnel and assist with performance reviews
- check_circlePrepare and submit monthly, quarterly, and annual financial and operational reports
- check_circleReview and approve invoices, rent edits, and tenant lease setups
Requirements
- verifiedBachelor's Degree preferred
- verified3+ years of Commercial Property Management experience with supervisory responsibility preferred
- verifiedCPM, RPA designation (or in progress) preferred
- verifiedExperience preparing annual budgets, ownership reports, and CAM reconciliations
- verifiedExperience using real estate software (Yardi, MRI, Kardin, AvidXchange, IMPAK, or similar)
- verifiedProficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, and Teams
Nice to Have
Bachelor's Degree, 3+ years of Commercial Property Management experience with supervisory responsibility, CPM or RPA designation (or in progress)
