About the Role
As a Property Manager, you will serve as the primary steward for a portfolio of properties, ensuring the seamless execution of management agreements and the fulfillment of client obligations. This role is pivotal in bridging the gap between asset performance and client expectations, requiring a blend of operational oversight, financial acumen, and strategic leadership.
You will lead a team of property staff, fostering a culture of accountability and excellence while managing the full lifecycle of lease administration. From coordinating complex construction projects to navigating vendor negotiations and CAM reconciliations, your day-to-day involves ensuring compliance with rigorous policies, codes, and regulatory directives. Success in this position means building and maintaining positive, long-term relationships with tenants, external owners, and internal stakeholders to drive asset value and client satisfaction.
