General Manager, Asset Services (CRE)

About the Role

As a General Manager for Asset Services in Commercial Real Estate, you will serve as the strategic leader for one or more national or local accounts. Your primary mission is to ensure the seamless operation of the portfolio by acting as the central point of contact for the client's service platform. You will bridge the gap between client objectives and operational execution, ensuring that accounting practices are sound, consistent, and transparent.

In this role, you will provide the critical financial and general information required by the management team to make informed decisions. You will foster strong relationships with clients by adapting your communication style to their preferences, while also ensuring tenant satisfaction through proactive engagement with property managers. Your day-to-day involves overseeing the full lifecycle of asset management, from budget preparation and tax administration to construction project coordination and cash flow monitoring.
