About the Role
The Finance Manager serves as a strategic partner to the organization, overseeing financial planning, reporting, and analysis for a diverse real estate portfolio. This role is critical for supporting high-level decision-making by providing deep insights into property performance, investment opportunities, and financial risks. The position ensures operational efficiency while maintaining strict accuracy and compliance across all financial operations.
Day-to-day, you will bridge the gap between property-level accounting and consolidated portfolio strategy. You will analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, monitor key performance indicators such as NOI and cash flow, and lead budgeting and forecasting processes. Beyond internal reporting, you will partner with cross-functional teams to drive operational and capital decisions, manage complex financing and property transactions, and maintain vital relationships with lenders, brokers, and legal advisors.
