About the Role
We are a Real Estate Development and Property Management company seeking an experienced Property Manager to serve as the take-charge leader for our apartment community. This role is designed to work closely with all on-site operations, ensuring the seamless integration of leasing, maintenance, and marketing efforts.
As a key member of our winning team, you will drive the financial performance of the community while fostering a positive environment for both residents and staff. You will be responsible for the full lifecycle of tenant interactions, from recruitment and training of your team to the timely resolution of maintenance issues and the accurate management of all leasing data.
