About the Role
We are a Real Estate Development and Property Management company seeking an experienced Property Manager to serve as a take-charge leader for our apartment community. In this role, you will work closely with all on-site operations, overseeing the seamless integration of leasing, maintenance, and marketing efforts. You will be responsible for driving the financial performance of the community while ensuring a high standard of service for our residents.
Day in the Life
Your day will involve managing the full lifecycle of our community, from recruiting and training staff to ensuring all rent is collected and posted correctly. You will handle tenant correspondence, including late payment notices, and create digital marketing presences to lease apartments. A significant portion of your time will be spent walking vacant units and property grounds to ensure everything is in top condition. You will also manage maintenance requests, order supplies, and ensure all data is accurately entered into our property management software.

Requirements
