Our client, a leading international law firm, is seeking a skilled Property Coverage Attorney to join its growing Insurance Coverage practice. This role offers the opportunity to work on sophisticated property insurance matters for high-profile clients, handling complex coverage analysis, litigation, and dispute resolution. The position is based in San Francisco (preferred) with additional locations available across the US, and offers a fully remote or hybrid work model.

Key Responsibilities

- check_circlePrepare correspondence and communications for clients, colleagues, and opposing counsel
- check_circleReview and analyze documents in connection with coverage disputes and litigation
- check_circleConduct comprehensive legal research using platforms such as Westlaw
- check_circleConduct and defend depositions and participate in hearings and mediations
- check_circleAdvocate for clients in dispute resolution proceedings and support case strategy
- check_circleDraft and respond to written discovery, pleadings, and dispositive motions
- check_circleProvide strategic recommendations to clients regarding coverage disputes
Requirements
- verifiedJD from a top-tier law school with an excellent academic record
- verifiedActive Bar Admission in applicable jurisdiction, in good standing
- verified3-8 years of substantive experience in insurance coverage matters
