The role requires exercising sound professional judgment without the need for close supervision while managing a full caseload of insurance defense matters.
You will work closely with OFBMIC claims professionals, adjusters, and internal stakeholders, providing proactive legal guidance while maintaining a practical, resolution-focused approach tailored to the facts and exposure of each matter. The ideal candidate is a seasoned litigator capable of managing a diverse and active docket across multiple courts and venues throughout Oklahoma.
