This role offers a fast-track path to partnership, designed for an attorney with 4+ years of insurance defense or civil litigation experience who wishes to build depth within a sophisticated defense practice.

Unlike highly autonomous senior-level roles, this position is tailored for an attorney who can provide meaningful litigation support while continuing to develop strategically under the guidance of experienced leadership. The firm emphasizes a sustainable approach to billables and fosters a collaborative culture where attorneys work alongside seasoned litigators on complex matters.

The Role

You will operate within a fully remote environment with no required office attendance, supported by modern infrastructure built for remote legal practice. Your day will involve supporting senior attorneys and partners in managing complex civil defense matters, from drafting pleadings and motions to assisting with deposition preparation and motion practice. You will conduct legal research, develop litigation strategy recommendations, and communicate with clients, carriers, experts, and opposing counsel as needed.
