A well-regarded, multi-office law firm is seeking a Counsel or Senior Counsel to join its litigation team in Richmond, Virginia. This is a strong opportunity for a mid-level litigator looking to step into a more hands-on role with meaningful responsibility across a broad range of civil defense matters.

This position is ideal for a litigation associate ready to step into a more senior, visible role and continue building toward long-term growth in a respected defense practice. The role offers the chance to work on complex matters within a seasoned team, handling everything from insurance coverage litigation and fraud investigations to general civil defense in Virginia state and federal courts.

Representative Matters

The team handles a diverse portfolio of cases, including:

• Tort and personal injury claims
• Trucking and transportation litigation
• Medical malpractice
• Premises liability
• Workplace accidents and exposures
• Wrongful death
• Business torts (fraud, breach of warranty, etc.)
