The Role

In this position, you will serve as a trusted advisor to clients navigating challenging family law issues. You will be responsible for providing expert legal support, drafting and negotiating critical documents such as marital settlement agreements and parenting plans, and representing clients in court proceedings, mediations, and negotiations. Your focus will be on advocating for your clients' best interests while maintaining the highest level of professional ethics and integrity.

You will work closely with paralegals and legal assistants to ensure the efficient management of cases, while also engaging in business development activities to grow the firm's family law practice. Success in this role requires a deep understanding of relevant laws and regulations, exceptional negotiation skills, and the ability to manage multiple cases with varying degrees of complexity.
