Key Responsibilities
- check_circleHandle contested divorce and family law matters through final resolution
- check_circleDevelop case strategy and execute proactively with strong attention to deadlines and outcomes
- check_circleRepresent clients in hearings, conferences, motion practice, depositions, and negotiations
- check_circleDraft motions, pleadings, discovery, settlement proposals, and other legal documents
- check_circleCounsel clients with a balance of empathy, realism, and sound strategic judgment
- check_circleMaintain organized files, strong documentation, and clear communication throughout matters
- check_circleCollaborate with leadership and team members to strengthen case strategy and workflow
Requirements
- verifiedActive New York law license
- verifiedMinimum 3-4 years of divorce and family law litigation experience
- verifiedExperience handling contested family law cases with substantial independence
