About the Role

As a Project Manager on our Orlando team, you will lead state transportation projects across Central Florida, managing both design-bid-build and design-build delivery. You will assume full responsibility for the project life cycle, from proposal initiation through closeout, ensuring the optimization of client service, quality, and fiscal responsibility. Your objective is to deliver value to our clients and Ardurra, build and maintain positive client relationships, and achieve or exceed estimated profit margins. In this role, you will coordinate multidisciplinary teams, serve as the primary point of contact for state and local agencies, and mentor engineering and design staff to support their professional development.
