From the beginning, Starbucks set out to be a different kind of company. One that not only celebrated coffee and the rich tradition, but that also brought a feeling of connection. We are known for developing extraordinary leaders who share this passion and are guided by their service to others.
As a Project Manager, you will lead cross-functional Global Technology initiatives—from platform enhancements to enterprise implementations and upgrades. You will partner closely with IT and business stakeholders to plan, execute, and deliver projects that create measurable value, while modeling Starbucks guiding principles. Your work will drive end-to-end delivery by guiding projects through approval and funding gates, creating clear plans, and managing execution from analysis and design through build, test, and deployment. You will lead high-performing, often globally distributed teams, setting expectations and facilitating effective collaboration to ensure success.
We believe we do our best work when we're together, which is why we are onsite four days a week.
If you are inspired by our mission and ready to lead, apply today to join us and inspire with every cup.
