This is an onsite role based in Austin, Texas, requiring in-person presence from Day 1. The engagement is a contract position with a duration of 6+ months. Local candidates are strongly preferred.
You will serve as a technical leader within an agile development team, driving the design, development, and implementation of a robust data integration hub. This role is critical for orchestrating the end-to-end data lifecycle, from acquiring complex data from diverse sources to transforming it into a dimensional model for high-performance analytics.
In this position, you will not only execute technical tasks but also lead the team through all standard SDLC phases. You will collaborate closely with architects and the broader Data Engineering team to define optimal data designs and acquisition strategies. A significant portion of your time will be dedicated to interpreting evolving business requirements, proposing enhancements, and ensuring the solution meets rigorous performance and security standards, particularly within the context of healthcare data.

Experience developing CI/CD pipelines with GitHub and Git Actions. Experience as a Mulesoft developer. Experience developing using AI tools such as Snowflake Cortex and Intelligence, and/or Informatica Claire.
