About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated Project Manager to lead a national account customer initiative. This role serves as the central point of leadership for all aspects of project management, delivery, customer satisfaction, and financial target attainment. You will own the end-to-end lifecycle of systems integration projects, from analysis and pre-planning through execution, monitoring, and closeout.
In this position, you will manage multiple projects simultaneously, each with varying schedules, scopes, and staffing requirements. Your day-to-day involves ensuring project scope is delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. You will act as the primary liaison for customer interactions, engaging stakeholders to set expectations, manage risks, and drive project success. Beyond execution, you will be expected to coach new team members, identify lessons learned, and generate innovative solutions to improve delivery efficiency and reduce costs.
Location Requirement
Please note: This position requires regular on-site presence in Jackson, MS.
