Based in a home-based environment with a preference for CA, CO, or TX locations, this role demands a deep understanding of business dynamics and the flexibility to make informed, independent decisions. You will ensure operational excellence in the execution of clinical operations and logistical strategies, driving projects to successful completion on time, on budget, and with the highest quality standards compliant with ICH, GCP, and applicable regulations.
Beyond execution, you will manage the financial health of your projects, overseeing revenue recognition, milestone payments, and monthly pass-through invoices while maintaining strict adherence to SOPs and contract terms. This position is designed for a leader who thrives in ambiguous situations, capable of negotiating influence to achieve results and solving complex problems across virtual, cross-cultural teams.
In the fast-paced world of early-phase clinical trials, your expertise directly shapes the outcome of research that impacts patient care. As the central point of contact for functional teams and sponsors, you will proactively communicate progress, risks, and solutions, ensuring that objectives are met at every stage of the study lifecycle. From pre-award strategy and bid defense to study close-out and lessons learned, your leadership ensures that every project delivers value and maintains the integrity of the clinical data.
