The Project Manager for Early Phase (EP) serves as the strategic bridge between Parexel and our sponsors, leading teams to develop tailored solutions for clinical research programs. This position is designed for a professional who combines deep clinical research experience with agile project management skills to drive operational excellence. You will be accountable for the end-to-end execution of EP clinical trials, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards while maintaining strict compliance with ICH, GCP, and other applicable regulations.
In this role, you will manage the financial health of projects, overseeing revenue recognition, milestone payments, and pass-through invoices. Beyond execution, you will act as the central point of contact for functional teams and sponsors, proactively communicating progress, risks, and solutions. Your day-to-day involves leading bid defenses, managing study start-up activities, and guiding projects from initiation through close-out, ensuring that lessons are learned and documentation is archived.
This is a Home Based role with a strong preference for candidates located in California, Colorado, or Texas. You will be expected to lead virtual teams across different locations and cultures, requiring strong negotiation and decision-making skills in ambiguous situations.
