The Project Manager for Early Phase (EP) serves as the strategic bridge between Parexel and our sponsors, leading clinical research initiatives from concept through close-out. This position is designed for a professional who combines deep clinical research expertise with agile project management skills to craft tailored solutions that drive operational excellence. You will be the central point of contact for functional teams and sponsors, ensuring that every project is delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality and regulatory compliance (ICH, GCP).
In this home-based role, with a preference for candidates in California, Colorado, or Texas, you will navigate the complexities of early-phase trials while managing financial aspects such as revenue recognition and milestone payments. Your day-to-day involves leading virtual, cross-cultural teams, making informed decisions in ambiguous situations, and proactively communicating progress, risks, and solutions to keep stakeholders aligned.
Early Phase trials are the foundation of drug development, and their success relies on precise execution and strategic foresight. As the Project Manager for EP, you will shape the outcome of clinical research by ensuring that study start-up activities, site selection strategies, and risk management plans are executed flawlessly. Your leadership directly impacts the speed and quality of bringing new therapies to patients.
