About the Role

As a Project Manager for Commercial Construction, you will serve as the team leader overseeing all aspects of planning and implementing the delivery of our MEP (Mechanical, Plumbing, Sheet Metal, HVAC, Electrical, and Fire Protection) projects. This role is critical to ensuring that every project meets its financial goals while upholding ACI's highest standards of quality.

You will be responsible for reviewing plans and specifications to identify design and constructability issues, while managing relationships with internal teams, customers, subcontractors, and key vendors. Success in this position requires the ability to navigate unique personalities within the construction environment and overcome the challenges common to large-scale projects. You will implement ACI's quality program across all assignments, ensuring timely execution with no defects or accidents.

Requirements
