About the Role
This Operations Internship places you within the Supply Chain department in San Antonio, Texas, where you will gain exposure to the core principles of transportation management. Under close supervision, you will assist in providing transportation and logistics services to our customers. This role is designed to immerse you in daily operational tasks, including freight planning, asset utilization, safety management, and DOT compliance. You will also engage with driver payroll, profit-and-loss management, and maintenance coordination, gaining a comprehensive understanding of industry trends and company initiatives related to driver retention.
