About the Role
New River Electrical is seeking a Project Manager III or Senior Project Manager to lead intermediate to large-scale Engineer, Procure & Construct (EPC) projects. In this role, you will serve as a recognized subject matter expert, taking full ownership and financial responsibility for complex project scopes. You will manage the entire project lifecycle, from initial estimates and bidding strategies to final delivery, ensuring maximum customer satisfaction and reporting directly to senior leadership.
This position is designed for a leader who thrives in highly complex environments. You will cultivate relationships with existing customers to expand the business, coordinate with engineering and procurement partners, and drive the development of Project Management Plans. Your day-to-day involves navigating contract negotiations, managing project risks, and mentoring team members to uphold best-in-class processes.
