Based in Grand Rapids, MI, the Project Manager acts as the central hub for our USA and China teams. This role is designed for an experienced tool and die professional who thrives in a dynamic manufacturing environment. You will guide projects from concept through final delivery, ensuring seamless coordination between internal departments, engineering, manufacturing, and external customers.
In this position, you will not only manage timelines and budgets but also serve as the primary liaison for customer desires and technical approvals. Your day-to-day involves organizing kickoff meetings, tracking financial status, and driving problem-solving initiatives to keep complex tooling projects on track. While the office is your home base, the role requires a professional demeanor suitable for frequent travel to customer facilities across North America and occasional trips to China.
