About the Role
The CCD Camera Technician is a specialized, hands-on position within our Imaging Division. This role is vital to the success of our production processes, directly affecting the quality, reliability, and efficiency of the assemblies we deliver. You will work under the supervision of the Division Manager and coordinate with the Director of Operations to meet ambitious production and quality goals. Key Responsibilities
- check_circleAssemble and repair fine-gauge wire harnesses following detailed schematics
- check_circleStrip and tin delicate wires to ensure optimal connection quality
- check_circleSolder prepared wires to miniature electronic assemblies to exacting standards
- check_circlePerform functional testing to verify component performance and troubleshoot issues
- check_circleUpdate and maintain technical documentation including BOMs and wiring diagrams
- check_circleMeet daily, weekly, and monthly production quotas while ensuring quality standards
- check_circleReplace and align optical or electronic subcomponents to restore system functionality
Requirements
- verifiedAssociate degree or technical certification in Electronics, Electrical Engineering Technology, or related field
- verifiedVocational or technical training in electronic assembly or microelectronics
- verifiedMinimum 3 years of experience in fine-gauge wire harness assembly
- verifiedExperience working under microscope for full shift
- verifiedSkilled in soldering, crimping, and using precision assembly tools
- verifiedExperience with PCB rework or repair
- verifiedStrong grasp of electrical systems, connectors, and wire types
- verifiedAbility to read and interpret technical drawings
- verifiedFamiliarity with ISO 9001:2015 quality systems
