This role is critical for overseeing end-to-end manufacturing, supply chain, and quality operations for high-reliability power electronics and control systems. The successful candidate will deliver mission-critical products to highly regulated industries, including semiconductor equipment, medical devices, and aerospace/defense, where precision, compliance, and reliability are paramount.
Acting as a "player-coach," you will blend high-level strategic oversight with hands-on operational management to drive efficiency, mitigate risks, and foster a culture of continuous improvement. The position involves a dynamic mix of office-based strategic planning and direct oversight on the manufacturing floor, requiring comfort with industrial environments, including exposure to noise, chemicals, and machinery.

Requirements
- verified8+ years in operations or manufacturing management within the electronics industry
- verifiedBachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or related technical field
- verifiedLean Six Sigma Green or Black Belt certification preferred
- verifiedProficiency in ERP/MRP systems (e.g., MS Dynamics, SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite)
Nice to Have
Advanced degree (e.g., MBA). Lean Six Sigma Green or Black Belt certification. Familiarity with advanced manufacturing technologies and strategies for scaling operations in electronics manufacturing.
