Day in the Life
In this varied, high-impact role, you will take ownership of manufacturing processes, continuous improvement initiatives, and new product launches across a complex manufacturing environment. You will work closely with Product Development, Quality, Production, and Plant Engineering teams to drive design-for-manufacturability initiatives and support APQP activities. Your focus will be on implementing process improvements that enhance safety, quality, productivity, and cost performance, specifically optimizing fabrication, machining, assembly, hydraulic, and pneumatic processes.

Based in Medina, New York, this role is commutable from Lyndonville, Ridgeway, Batavia, Lockport, Albion, Holley, Clarence, Buffalo, and Rochester.
