This role is designed for self-motivated individuals who thrive in multi-disciplined teams committed to innovation.
You will serve as the critical link between technical data and factory execution. You will collaborate on integrating process equipment within the factory and document its functionality to ensure seamless operations.
Beyond technical execution, you will act as an Operations Liaison, collaborating with Materials & Process Engineering (M&PE) to address supply chain disruptions, problem buys, and obsolete materials. You will lead continuous improvement projects using Lean manufacturing techniques to reduce variability and eliminate constraints, while driving the use of common materials based on allowable requirements. Additionally, you will provide on-the-job training to operators and fellow engineers, ensuring robust solutions are shared across the team.
