Key Responsibilities
- check_circleLead cost savings, quality improvement, and new product development projects
- check_circleCollaborate with management to eliminate chronic customer complaints and production deficiencies
- check_circleFacilitate improvement projects utilizing Lean Six Sigma methodologies
- check_circleConduct statistical assessments to reduce variability and achieve OEE targets
- check_circleDevelop recommendations and implement improvements to support corporate goals
- check_circleAct as a technical resource for key products and manufacturing processes
- check_circleAssist with the maintenance of ISO quality systems at corporate and plant levels
- check_circleConduct customer complaint investigations and refine testing frequencies
- check_circlePromote the use of Lean Six Sigma tools including DMAIC, Kaizen, and Design for Six Sigma
Requirements
- verifiedBachelor's Degree in a related business or technical discipline
- verifiedAt least three years' experience certification with Lean Six Sigma
- verifiedFamiliarity with ISO 9001 standards
- verifiedExperience with MRP, ERP, and inventory/supply chain management
- verifiedCompetency in MS Office, including Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint and MS Project
- verifiedAdvanced user of Excel and Minitab
- verifiedProfessional project management certification preferred
- verifiedTraining in change management methodology preferred
Nice to Have
Familiarity with adhesive and web handling manufacturing flows, product lines, and adhesive tape product applications. Professional project management certification. Training in change management methodology.
