About Woodbridge

Woodbridge is a privately-owned company delivering innovative material technologies for applications across automotive, commercial, recreational, packaging, healthcare, and building products. Beyond manufacturing operations, we provide a comprehensive suite of services including chemical research and development, product and process engineering, tooling, technical support, and accredited laboratory testing. With more than 50 facilities across 10 countries, we employ over 7,500 teammates and serve more than 600 customers worldwide.

About the Role

This entry-level position serves as a vital technical support hub for our manufacturing locations. You will be at the forefront of process-related problem solving, driving process improvements, and executing cost reduction programs. Your work will directly impact the development and implementation of improved formulations, methods, equipment, and associated technologies, as well as supporting new product launches and plant startups.
