About the Role

The Project Director/PMO serves as the key leader for the effective execution and management of our energy projects. This role spans the entire project lifecycle, from initial development stages through construction completion and closeout. You will be responsible for establishing project objectives, maintaining liaison with prime client contacts, and coordinating construction and financial activities.

In this position, you will manage multiple projects and their associated teams across varying regions in the US and Mexico. Your day-to-day involves directing project engineers, supply chain and logistics coordinators, administrative and finance staff, on-site construction managers, and subcontracted labor. Beyond direct project management, you will drive the Continuous Improvement Process within the project management group, integrating efforts with the overall ECOP EPC team to refine our operational excellence.
