About the Role

The Project Director/PMO serves as the key leader for the effective execution and management of our energy projects. This role is responsible for the direct management of a Project Management team to ensure assigned projects are delivered on-schedule and on-budget, maintaining 100% internal and external customer satisfaction.

Starting from the development stages and continuing through project construction completion, the Project Director establishes project objectives and procedures. You will act as the primary corporate representative to customers, permitting agencies, and project personnel, coordinating construction and financial activities while providing direction to project engineers, supply chain coordinators, and on-site managers. Additionally, you will drive the Continuous Improvement Process within the project management group, integrating efforts with the overall ECOP EPC team to refine how we deliver value.
