The Project Director serves as the key driver for the effective execution and management of our energy projects. This role is responsible for the direct management of a Project Management team to ensure assigned projects are delivered on-schedule and on-budget, maintaining 100% internal and external customer satisfaction.
The position spans the entire project lifecycle, starting from the development stages and continuing through construction completion. As the primary corporate representative to customers, permitting agencies, and project personnel, the Project Director establishes project objectives, maintains liaison with prime client contacts, and coordinates construction and financial activities. You will provide direction to project engineers, supply chain and logistics coordinators, administrative and finance staff, on-site construction managers, and subcontracted labor and design services.
In addition to managing multiple projects across the US and Mexico, you will drive the Continuous Improvement Process within the project management group, integrating efforts with the overall ECOP EPC team to refine PMO processes and ensure accurate reporting.
