About the Role

The Project Director serves as the key driver for the success of assigned projects, managing the direct oversight of a Project Management team to ensure on-schedule, on-budget delivery and 100% customer satisfaction. This role spans the entire project lifecycle, from initial development stages through construction completion.

As the primary corporate representative to customers, permitting agencies, and project personnel, you will establish project objectives, maintain liaison with prime client contacts, and coordinate construction and financial activities. You will lead a diverse team including project engineers, supply chain coordinators, finance staff, and on-site construction managers across various regions in the US and Mexico. Additionally, you will drive the Continuous Improvement Process within the project management group, integrating efforts with the overall ECOP EPC team to refine our operational excellence.
