About the Role
Due to recent growth, we are seeking an Assistant Project Coordinator to join our Permit Expediting team immediately. This role serves as the operational backbone of our team, providing vital clerical and administrative support to ensure smooth project execution. You will act as a key liaison, maintaining an open line of communication between expeditors and managerial staff while managing critical data logs and reviewing permit submissions to ensure jurisdictional compliance.
